Our personnel are selected based upon their experience and education in the field of NDE as well as intangibles including reputation for integrity. We have an excellent in-house training program that each new employee undergoes prior to be assigned to the field. Once in the field, personnel are mentored by senior staff until they have gained the necessary qualifications for the program to which they are assigned.
PfiNDE personnel are qualified and certified in accordance with the American Society for Non Destructive Testing (ASNT) document SNT-TC-1A.
Several of our Level III’s are nationally certified by ASNT
Many of our people are qualified by AWS as Certified Welding Inspectors
Within the company, there are
5 - National ASNT Level III individuals. 17 - AWS CWIs including 1 senior CWI 3 - API 510, 653, 570 personnel 14 - have 2 year AAS degree in NDT or other 4 year degrees
As of January 2009, 3 of our key personnel became shareholders in the corporation. The hard work and dedication of these individuals are a main reason for the success of the company to date.

- Mike Redmond is now the “Vice President of Mid-West Operations”
- Jeff Hecht is now the “Vice President for Advanced Technologies"

It is the desire of management to offer more personnel ownership opportunities. This should happen in the not too distant future. We realize the importance to our success of our personnel and wish to reward them for their efforts.
PfiNDE has a full time “Compliance Manager” who is a retired pipeline engineer. He administers the safety program and is one of the people that handle our OQ training and tracking.
Personnel are qualified for the applicable tasks through NCCER. We subscribe to ISNETworld so that those qualifications are available to our customers instantly. . We also have a program with Veriforce for these same tasks.
Our drug and alcohol testing program is administered by Pipeline Testing Consortium and has been accepted by many pipeline operators. NCMS has also approved our program for some clients.
